Order/Delivery info

  • Sign Up and Verification: Customers create an account and should allow some time for verification. Once verified, they can proceed to checkout.

  • Browse and Select: Customers explore available products and add desired items to their cart. 

  • NO Excess or Hidden or Delivery Fees: Just order minimums to select areas.

  • Delivery Minimums: Ensure your order meets the delivery minimum -                            $60 for Sacramento                                                                                                                            $70 for West Sacramento, La Riviera, Rosemont, Rancho Cordova, and Roseville          You can verify the delivery minimum at checkout.

  • Place Order: After order confirmation, your driver will reach out though text and your delivery should arrive within 1 to 3 hours; we will keep you informed about your delivery status.

  • Payment and Availability: We are a cash-only service, so have your payment ready upon delivery. To avoid a $10.00 redelivery fee, customers should ensure they are available during the delivery window and respond to the driver to ensure a smooth delivery.

1. Age Restriction

1.1 Users must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and receive deliveries. By placing an order, users confirm that they are at least 21 years old.

1.2 A valid government-issued ID must be presented upon delivery to verify age. Failure to present proper identification will result in the order being canceled, and a restocking fee may apply.

2. Account Registration

2.1 To access certain features of our services, users must register for an account. Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account passwords and for any activities that occur under their accounts.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3.2 Prices are subject to change without notice. Users will be charged the prices displayed at the time of their order.

3.3 Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery. No other payment methods are accepted.

4. Delivery

4.1 We deliver within specified delivery zones. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability.

4.2 Users must ensure that delivery addresses provided are accurate and accessible. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or inaccessible addresses.

4.3 In case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed, and we will do our best to notify users promptly.

​4.4 A $10 redelivery fee applies if customers are not available during the delivery window and need to reschedule.

5. Refunds and Returns

5.1 Refunds and returns are subject to our discretion. If a user is dissatisfied with their order, they must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

5.2 No-returns policy with the exception of:

Dead on Arrival Cartridges or Disposables: Contact us immediately for non-functional items upon arrival. Returns accepted if not damaged due to user handling.

All other products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting users' privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. 

7. Limitation of Liability

By using our services, users agree that our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from users' use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

Return & Refund Policy

At Terps of Berk, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no-returns policy with the following exception:

  • Dead on Arrival Cartridges or Disposable: If you receive a cartridge or Disposable that is non-functional upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will accept returns for dead on arrival cartridges that are not damaged due to user handling.

Please note that all other products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
